Refund policy
Cancellations – we know that sometimes you need to change your mind and therefore if you cancel at least 2 days before your chosen dispatch date, we will be happy to provide a full refund.
We are not able to accept cancellations or provide refunds within 2 days of your chosen dispatch date as everything is made to order & we will have already started working on your order.
Need to Change Your Dispatch Date or Order – we will be happy to accommodate changes to your order or dispatch date if you notify us within at least 2 days of your original dispatch date. Please e-mail us at contact@steammills.co.uk with your order number and amended requirements and we will take care of the rest.
As with cancellations, we will not be able to accommodate changes to your order or the dispatch date within 2 days of the original order dispatch date as our products are made to order.
Need to Change the Delivery Address – we will be happy to accommodate changes to the delivery address if you notify us at contact@steammills.co.uk before the dispatch date.
Issues or Faults with your Delivery – at Steam Mills our customer satisfaction is important to us and we will be more than happy to resolve any issues you may have. Please email contact@streammills.co.uk within 24 hours of your delivery with:
1) details of the issue/fault, including pictures; and
2) your order number
We will review your complaint and get back to you as soon as possible. Please note we may ask you to return the product to us to receive a refund. All refunds are at the discretion of the owner.
